Book ahead of a trip

Contact reception before a holiday or longer journey, with enough time to discuss the booking and any work identified. A last-minute request may not fit the workshop schedule, and parts or additional repairs can affect timing.

Keep a simple record

Keep invoices, mileage and completed work in one place. At collection, ask about the next scheduled service and any follow-up that was discussed. Knowing what has already been done helps you plan the next visit.

Raise concerns early

Tell reception about new concerns when booking rather than assuming they are included in a routine service. They may need a separately scoped inspection. If the vehicle appears unsafe to drive, arrange appropriate assistance.
