Servicing matched to your vehicle

A service should match your vehicle, mileage, service history and the manufacturer's requirements. Tell reception the make, model, year, engine and current mileage so we can discuss the appropriate scope. Petrol and diesel vehicles do not all need the same parts or work.

An oil and filter service, a larger scheduled service and a timing-belt replacement are different jobs. We explain the work included in your estimate rather than treating every service as an identical package.

What your service may include

Depending on the scheduled requirements, work can include engine oil and filter replacement, applicable air and fuel filters, spark plugs where required, fluid checks and service-related inspections. Parts and fluids are selected for the agreed vehicle requirements.

Items such as timing belts, brake parts or other repairs are not automatically included in every service. If the inspection identifies additional work, reception will explain the findings and cost for your approval.

A 40-point check, included

Every minor and major service includes our 40-point vehicle check at no extra charge. It covers areas such as brakes, suspension, steering, tyres, lights, battery, belts, hoses and fluid levels. It helps identify maintenance that deserves attention alongside your scheduled service.

An inspection cannot rule out every hidden defect or predict future component failure. Ask reception about the findings and which items need prompt attention or planning for later.

Call 044 695 1884 with your vehicle details and preferred date. Mention anything you have noticed, and whether the vehicle has a service history. Reception confirms workshop availability and the expected turnaround for the agreed work.

If your vehicle is under a warranty or maintenance plan, tell reception before booking so requirements and any necessary approvals can be checked. We do not promise coverage without checking the relevant terms.
