Give the workshop the full picture

Tell reception what happens, when it happens and any recent repairs. Provide the vehicle details and previous reports if you have them. Intermittent concerns may require additional investigation or an opportunity to reproduce the problem.

A fault code is a starting point

A scan can supply useful information, but does not automatically prove which component needs replacing. The next checks depend on the vehicle and findings. We discuss the assessment scope and explain additional work before proceeding.

Keep the booking realistic

Diagnostic work is a booked workshop service. Discuss the assessment cost, timing and any next-stage approval with reception. We cannot promise every fault will be resolved in one visit or provide a final diagnosis from a brief message.

Routine care is welcome here

You do not need an unusual problem to come to R-Tech. Our everyday work includes scheduled services, brakes, clutches and preventative maintenance for cars and bakkies.
