Tell reception about noises, changes in handling or any recent impact or repair. A vehicle inspection is needed to establish the cause and appropriate work. We do not diagnose a component from a sound description alone.

Work planned around the findings

Our scope includes shocks, wheel bearings, ball joints and tie rods where appropriate to the vehicle and inspection. Reception explains the proposed parts and labour for approval.

Suspension and steering checks form part of the 40-point inspection included with a minor or major service. Additional repairs remain separately agreed work.

Arrange your inspection

Call with the make, model, year and the concern you want checked. Reception will confirm a suitable booking and explain the next steps. If the vehicle is unsafe to drive, arrange appropriate assistance rather than driving it to the workshop.
